Comfortable stay with a few quirks!
We enjoyed a three-night stay in a spacious room. The breakfast had varied options, but consider dining out for more satisfying meals. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Just be prepared for the absence of AC, and explore nearby restaurants for a cool evening out.

Friendly staff, clean room, the breakfast was abundant with options like eggs and local dishes. plus, the hotel is a short 5-minute walk from Schwanthalerhohe U-Bahn, making it easy to get around.
Not one thing.

The bathroom layout lacks logic!!! The toilet placement is cramped and uncomfortable, and the sound barriers are insufficient at night, allowing bar noise to disrupt sleep!!!

Charming boutique hotel with friendly staff.
I was incredibly disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The bathroom layout was poorly designed. I constantly bumped into the door handle due to lack of space. Furthermore, the lack of air conditioning made it unbearable to get a good night's sleep, and the noise from the breakfast area was disruptive. I expected much more from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The breakfast was simply amazing with fresh pastries! The location is great, too, being close to transport. One downside was the lack of AC—it felt quite warm at times. Overall, a solid stay!

The breakfast buffet was a delightful spread, featuring Danish pastries that transformed my mornings into sweet culinary explorations. Plus, the staff were super friendly and eager to help, making the stay feel like home. The balcony in my room was a lovely spot for sipping coffee and soaking in the Munich vibe.
Had a little hiccup reserving a parking space before check-in, but they sorted it out like pros. Just wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan since it got steamy, and the mattress could use a little love.

missingWrote a review on 02 Septcramped bathroom
The bathroom layout could use some rethinking. its compact size made it feel cramped, especially with a toilet seat squeezed between the wall and basin. With no air conditioning, the room felt quite stuffy even with windows open, and the ceiling fan did little to help. though extra fans were available, waiting for delivery of late-night meals often took longer than convenient, due to many nearby restaurants closing early.

Family with children feel at home
The staff was really helpful especially with my son when he was teething, they made him hot oats just when we asked and that meant a lot. Also breakfast was always fresh with a lot of options for everyone, pastries, fresh fruits, and good coffee which really helped start the day right.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but it was still acceptable for what we got.

The Exclusive Double Room was super cozy and clean! The bed was nice and warm, perfect for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the little touches like an umbrella in case of rain. The bathroom was great too. Just a heads up, it did get a bit steamy in there without an exhaust fan. Overall, total comfort!
